Ahead of Saturday’s match against Manchester City, all fans that have been sent tickets are required to fill out a health questionnaire.
Supporters attending the game have now had the mandatory health questionnaire sent to the email address listed on their ticketing account. If you haven’t received an email, please make sure to check your spam folder or promotions folder in Gmail.

You can find our full guidance on how to stay safe at St Mary’s here. It is vital you read and understand the information provided by the club and follow our COVID-19 protocols.
We would ask that if the situation changes for any fan and they cannot attend because they need to isolate, please email the club at [email protected].
Please note that fans who live in areas that have been placed in tier 3 of the government’s local restriction tier system, including Portsmouth, Gosport, Havant and parts of Surrey, will not be able to attend the match and will be due a pro rata refund. The club will follow all government guidelines regarding tier status and will communicate with fans prior to the match if there are any changes to the tier Southampton is placed in.
All fans attending Saturday’s match have been emailed an e-ticket that can either be downloaded to your mobile device or printed at home – these tickets are non-transferable and must be presented on arrival at the stadium along with photo ID.
If fans have elected to be part of a social bubble, the lead booker will receive the tickets for the whole bubble on their ticketing account.
Fans will need to enter the stadium through a specific coloured gate that will be clearly marked on your ticket – please familiarise yourself with the correct entrance before you arrive at the stadium.
You will also have an arrival time specified on your ticket – this is to allow staggered entry times into St Mary’s to ensure your safety.
Please note that the Ticket Office will be closed on Saturday, but ticketing staff and stewards will be available at the entrance gates to help fans.
Facemasks must be worn at all times for the duration of your visit and we’d also ask that fans only bring bags if they are required for medical reasons. If you are exempt from wearing a mask or need to bring a bag for medical reasons, please get in touch with our Supporter Services Team as soon as possible at [email protected].
